“A few years ago we purchased a property in California and contracted with Tom Mosby to construct a number of buildings on the property. Being resident in Canada, we could not be onsite to make the many design decisions and choices needed on a daily basis. Rather than try to manage from afar, we asked Lisa Mosby if she would be willing to perform this role. We told her broadly of our likes and dislikes and gave her a free hand to do as she saw fit. This letter serves to recommend Lisa Mosby for decorator and design services. Lisa has helped my husband and me with all our decorating needs for many years. Our first project was the addition of a 900 sq ft kitchen and wine cellar to our home in Lake Elsinore. It was a challenge to incorporate the addition into the existing structure without appearing as an “add-on” but thanks to her the result was beautiful. Next she assisted in the complete remodel of our condo in Dana Point. Again she provided creative and imaginative ideas and we were very happy when it was completed.

Our third and “grandest” endeavor was the construction of our 4100 sq ft home and 2500 sq ft attached garage/shop which houses Dave’s classic cars and motorcycles. It is a very contemporary design which differs significantly from our other homes. Lisa created all the flower and succulent arrangements and worked with us to choose cabinets, tile, lighting, fixtures, paint, furniture and the other multiple decisions necessary in the construction of a new home.

The final project Lisa helped us with was the remodel of our office that we recently purchased in Murrieta. She actually did all the design on her own with little input from us.We were very pleased with the result and this demonstrated that Lisa is capable of both commercial and home design. She is very easy to work with and open to her client’s ideas. She works tirelessly to make sure that she meets our expectations.
